Day 1: Introduction to Body Parts & Action Rhyme (Pre-listening)

1. Adhiti (ଅଧୀତି - Introduction)

  • Activity: I will start the class by greeting the students cheerfully and asking: "Children, do you like songs? Will you sing a song with me?"
  • Teacher Action: I will recite the warm-up rhyme while performing the actions myself:

"Touch your head and touch your toes, shut your eyes and touch your nose. Clap your hands and turn around, jump up high and sit on the ground."

2. Bodh (ବୋଧ - Conceptual Understanding)

  • Activity: Students repeat the rhyme line-by-line while copying my physical movements.
